It fits perfectly around my 7 month old, he doesnt like it but thats to be expected,,, so i tried playing with him to see if he could break out of it and he couldnt, so lets hope its the same for when i take him out for walks ; D (heres him after i put it on him)
It is extremely small and does not fit any cat.
