Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@pawly-store.com as soon as possible.

Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pawly is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us.
