30-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must contact us first at support@pawly-store.com before returning any item
  • If a return is required, we will assess the best resolution on a case-by-case basis. In many cases, we offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the original item. Just send us a photo and we'll take care of it.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as 'Final Sale'
  • Items that have been used or opened (for hygiene reasons)
