Hi, I'm Juan Pablo — founder of Pawly and a lifelong pet lover based in Argentina. I started Pawly because I was frustrated with the same problem every pet parent knows: finding accessories that are actually safe, durable, and worth the money is harder than it should be.

So I did the research myself. I spent months testing products, vetting suppliers, and building a curated catalog of pet accessories I'd genuinely trust for my own animals. That's how Pawly was born — and that's the standard every product in our store has to meet.

How We Operate

Pawly is an online retail store that curates and sells pet accessories sourced from vetted suppliers in Asia. We operate on a direct-to-consumer model: when you place an order, it is fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse to your door. This allows us to offer a wide range of high-quality products at fair prices, without the overhead of a physical store.

We personally review every product before listing it. If it doesn't meet our standards for safety, durability, and value, it doesn't make it into our catalog.

Orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on your location. We work with suppliers in Asia who meet our quality standards, and we stand behind every product we sell.
