Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
If a return is required, we will assess the best resolution on a case-by-case basis. In many cases, we offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@pawly-store.com and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@pawly-store.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
